When it comes to reducing operating costs, one critical area that is often overlooked is the elimination of unnecessary services. Too often, we find organizations paying for services that they were unaware were even still active. Services can become orphaned for many different reasons from carrier errors where services may be disconnected but still billed, to staff and technology changes that were not captured in the telecom change management processes.
As an optional feature, the IUNGO™SERVICE VERIFICATION module was created to address this particular issue. The module allows for a systematic approach to evaluating all lines and services within the organization in order to identify service errors and services that are not required anymore. To accomplish this, IUNGO™SERVICE VERIFICATION module provides a set of tools to ensure that all services have been verified by staff.
The Inventory Form provides a simple view to all services that are in place for the client based on the service location. Staff can review the services, update line descriptions, add notes during the review, and classify the line as Validated, Investigation Required, Escalate with Carrier, Tag for Disconnect or Validated.
Cisco Call Detail Reporting (CDR)
As an add-on option or sold separately, IUNGO’s™ Cisco call detail records (CDRs) software captures information on calls made from Cisco Unified Communications Call Manager platform. Whether the Cisco phone system is on premises or is a hybrid, IUNGO™CDR software is able to capture calling activity in almost real time.
Call (name and number), who was called (name if available, and number), the date and time the call was made, the duration of the call, and typically dozens of usage and diagnostic information elements (for example, features used and reason for call termination).
CDRs records are collected on a schedule as defined by our clients.
- Our CDR module has two dynamic dashboards. The daily and weekly snapshot. Different call types are tracked and reported as it occurs.
- Top 10 dialed extensions are identified with call volumes in addition to the total volume of calls.
- Total call duration by hour provides trunk utilization statistics.
- Individual search and trouble shooting activities is intuitive which means no special training is needed.
- Clients can create their own unique reports and schedule reports.
