IUNGO™ can track assets in a variety of ways for organizations. Assets can be assigned against sites, departments and users. Sources could include mobile device inventories, Microsoft Licenses, printers or any other items that you wish to manage to provide a centralized location for all your equipment and services. 

Asset Objects

As IUNGO™ manages all of the services as a collection of objects, you can create additional object types to meet all of your asset management needs. Object types can be restricted based on permissions so that only staff that need to be able to see those objects can.

Object Attributes

All objects within the system can be customized by adding additional fields to track the data that you need. Adding a field is as simple as typing the field name and then populating the data.

Standard and Custom Reports

Standard inventory list is built into the system with easy search capability.  For custom reports that align with the requirements of an organization reporting structure, clients are able to create their own reports within the software.
