IUNGO™ is both a telecom expense management software system and wireless expense management system all in one portal. IUNGO™ provides a single location for all things telecom, mobility, IT assets, contracts, and documents. Both, IT and finance departments can leverage the power of IUNGO™ by the ability to access and report on inventories and cost by cost center, department, supervisor or individual.
The system is fully searchable, and staff can create custom reports for cost centers and other reporting needs. Captured data includes PDF Invoices, Invoice Details, Equipment Records, Other Charges and Credits, and Usage Records where available. Both custom and standard reports are available and can be scheduled and automatically distributed to managers for approval.
Contract autorenewal notices and those responsible can be notified of impending changes to rates or terms in advance so that proactive measures can be taken.
Detailed payment history by individual accounts is also tracked. Overdue payment fees are also identified. Payment history is easily accessible by easy drill down function, standard reports, and custom reporting features.

Phone companies' portals can be a challenge to access and manage effectively. Often, reports are delayed, which results in staff having to access these portals on multiple occasions during the month.
As a managed SaaS solution, we remove both the frustration and time needed each month to obtain invoices and usage records. Our staff manages the backend downloading of reports and invoices pre-defined schedules. When delays occur, clients are notified on the landing paging of IUNGO™ software and are assured of daily monitoring so they do not have to check the carrier portal themselves. Where possible we automate this procedure, however, major Canadian providers still do not provide EDI interfaces for easy access.
As a managed service, this frees up your staff from having to connect to multiple vendor portals to pull data. In addition, your data is verified to ensure that it has loaded correctly, and any issues are immediately addressed.
IUNGO™ provides several distinct types of reporting tools to aid in providing information to users. Dashboards, standard reports, and custom reports are all available. Access to reports depends on the user's permission.

Our base offering for both small business and enterprise is a bundle of 4(four) unique modules all integrated together and accessible through one client portal. Modules can be sold separately, however, for the best experience we believe that our bundle (TEM, WEM, DOCS and ASSETS) is the right approach for the best price.
Other modules are available and have been designed for specific use cases. Custom integration to other 3 party applications is no problem.
