As an add-on option or sold separately, IUNGO’s™ Cisco call detail records (CDRs) software captures information on calls made from Cisco Unified Communications Call Manager platform. Whether the Cisco phone system is on premises or is a hybrid, IUNGO™CDR software is able to capture calling activity in almost real time.
Call (name and number), who was called (name if available, and number), the date and time the call was made, the duration of the call, and typically dozens of usage and diagnostic information elements (for example, features used and reason for call termination).
CDRs records are collected on a schedule as defined by our clients.
